Partial Custody

Here at Blackwell we understand the need to create child custody and visitation plans that are acceptable to everyone. In Pennsylvania, child custody and visitation go hand in hand. When primary custody is awarded, that parent is responsible for providing care for the children every day. The non-custodial parent is entitled to partial custody.
